I can't recommend Cynthia highly enough. As first-time home buyers, we were new to every part of the process, and she was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us find the answers we needed. Cynthia took care of us from start to finish. She spent countless hours showing us homes, answering every question we could think of, re-answering those same questions when we needed reassurance, and helping us stay calm when we were worried. She also went above and beyond in ways we'll never forget. She submitted our application in person on our behalf to help speed up the process, showed the unit to contractors so we didn't have to take time off from work, and even took multiple 9 p.m. phone calls from us. Cynthia also had trusted contacts for every step of the process. Even when we cross-shopped, we often ended up choosing her recommendations anyway. She connected us with a lawyer, insurance agent, contractor, handyman, and others who have continued to be helpful even after the home-buying process. I genuinely don't think we could have done it without Cynthia. Her knowledge, guidance, patience, and support were invaluable. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience working with my real estate agent Cynthia Dainesi-Leite. She was always informative, patient, and incredibly resourceful throughout the entire process. At no point did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable, she gave me the space and information I needed to make the right decisions. The best realtor! You need a RE agent for Westchester, NY? Go to Cynthia directly. She is super honest, accurate, hardworking and super responsive. I just bought an apt in White Plains through her and I loved doing business with Cynthia. She doesn't waste your time and is very patient until you find the perfect property. I HIGHLY recommend her.

She is a great realtor! She knows the Westchester market very well, so she does give great advice. She truly wants you to be happy with your purchase, so she won't push you to make an offer. I loved that. Her communication skills are excellent. She will always answer your text or calls at any time. Also, she also has a great network of good people around you need: Lawyer, contractor, etc. I had a great time with the purchase of my new apartment. I highly recommend Cynthia.

Cynthia was phenomenal in helping us sell our home. She knew our market and how to generate the most buzz. We appreciated her quick responses to our questions. Cynthia kept us informed every step of the way through negotiations and the closing. We highly recommend Cynthia!
